Plain Good Potatoes

 

8 lg. potatoes, boiled

1/4 c. margarine

1 can cream of chicken or mushroom

soup

3 0green onions, chopped

1 1/2 c. yellow cheddar cheese, grated

Salt & pepper to taste

1 pt. sour cream

 

Cool potatoes and cut in cubes. Heat margarine with soup. Mix onion and cheese in potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add margarine and soup. Stir. Add sour cream. Pour into oblong cake pan. Refrigerate until ready to bake. Can be made the day before you are ready to use. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
