Maryland Crab Cakes

 

2 eggs, well beaten
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
3 cups of crab meat
flour

 

Combine all of the ingredients except the flour in a bowl and mix lightly. Add enough flour to handle easily, then shape into patties. Dust lightly with flour. Fry in a small amount of fat until browned on both sides. Makes 4 servings
